The following download instructions are only applicable to Apple/iOS devices. If you are using an Android device, please download the app directly from the Google Play store.

Prepare

1) Delete any previous version of Mutual Appreciation from your device.
2) Have your Mutual Appreciation username and password on hand to log in to the app once re-downloaded. You can find this information by visiting the Mutual Appreciation homepage and clicking Manage My Profile.

Download

1) Click the Download link below.
2) When prompted, click Install.
3) Return to the home screen to confirm the app install has started.

Trust Developer

1) After the install finishes, go to Settings > General > Device Management.
2) Select Medical Mutual of Ohio under Enterprise App.
3) Click Trust Medical Mutual of Ohio.
4) Click Trust.
5) Return to the home screen.

Launch

1) Launch the new version of the app.
2) Log in as normal.

Note - Please make sure to complete all instructions under Trust Developer before launching the app.
